The three-year cadetship has paid placements so you can earn while you learn, and on this course you can train to be an officer on the largest superyachts (the course leads towards Officer of the Watch 3000gt).

The newly-packaged Professional Yacht Master course (23 weeks in its entirety) offers more flexibility than ever before and encompasses basic training, Yacht Master core training and advanced training.

An ideal entry level course is the Crew Training programme which gives people the skills and experience needed to work as a deckhand on luxury sail or motor yachts.

Or become a Professional Yacht Engineer by gaining the internationally recognised qualifications to start a career as a junior engineer, either afloat or in a shore-based capacity.

The Superyacht Marine Hospitality courses see students qualify as cook, steward or stewardess with the skills to deliver exceptional standards of service onboard, and there are intermediate level courses for those looking to top up existing skills to take their career further within the highly professional superyacht industry.

Or you can train to become a Watersports Instructor and work in the world's top resorts and centres. Part of this course is taken in Egypt and there are options available that include work placements and a guaranteed first season’s work.
